EaP Civil Society Fellows Presentation held in Yerevan

On January 10th EaP Civil Society Fellows of Armenia organized an informative meeting about the Open Call of EaP Civil Society Fellowship 2020 for the interested young Armenians at “Article 3 Club” in Yerevan city.

The scope of questions varied from writing an application form to the stages of reporting. The participants were also interested to discover the thematic priorities and  selection criteria.

The Armenian Fellows shared their experience, and presented the challenges they had during the fellowship programs by suggesting solutions for them. They encouraged the participants to apply for the fellowship program and benefit from this opportunity of developing civil society in Armenian by implementing their project ideas. They especially emphasized that the fellowship provides various opportunities for personal capacity building. Fellows also expressed their willingness to provide advice on questions arising during the application process.

Considering the interest of the young people in the regions who did not manage to come to Yerevan, there was also a live broadcast on the Club’s page.
Our world is rapidly changing, and these changes are happening faster now than ever before in history. As future leaders in their countries, the Fellowship gives Civil Society Fellows opportunity to reflect on these changes and be engaged in vivid discussions about the future of technology, energy, civil society, the Eastern Partnership initiative and anything else that may play a significant role in the coming years.

60 young civil society activists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine have already been selected for the EU-funded Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellowship Initiative from 2017 to 2019. You can also join them.
